Requirements & Skills:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
Proven expertise in AI and machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments at scale.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Strong familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of navigating complex technical challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Publications or contributions to AI/ML research in top conferences or journals.
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale AI projects.
Experience in modern generative AI, such as transformer architectures, diffusion models, and prompting.
