Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies, promoting self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
- Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team’s progress and escalate issues when necessary.
- Track and report project progress, ensuring transparency and visibility to stakeholders and management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering open communication and trust among team members.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging Agile trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Managing complex projects to completion. Allocating requirements to schedules.
