Design cybersecurity controls based on set policies/standards.
Perform technical reviews with various IT teams to ensure compliance with Baxter standards and policies.
Assist other teams with the implementation of security controls as the need arises
Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business segment technology teams to provide effective technical controls
Represent the cyber security function in multiple forums
Provide input and recommendations on cybersecurity policy, risk, and overall security best practices
Ability to travel as needed
Requirements & Skills:
High school diploma or GED required
8+ years’ experience in Cyber Security required
Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure) and integration with enterprise applications and services.
Experience with the following Cybersecurity frameworks: NIST 800-53 Rev 5, AI – OWASP Top10 for LLM, NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), ENISA Framework for Good Cybersecurity Practices for AI, MITRE ATLAS
Cloud Security – Understanding of Cloud Platform, Cloud Security Tools, shared responsibility model
Proficiency in at least one of the leading AI platforms, such as Azure OpenAI, AWS, and the Meta Llama2 framework which includes a deep understanding of hardening and configuration processes specific to the respective platform
Familiarity with enterprise security architecture for Cloud and SaaS applications
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL which are used for manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing data
Knowledge of Open Systems Interconnection Basic Reference Model
Ability to perform threat modeling
Possess excellent communication skills
Ability to establish positive working relationships and garner influence with other functions. Ability to work within a diverse global team. Ability to manage expectations, and bring together and align different points of view.
