Gather and maintain data-related business processing and reporting, including entering information in systems, and databases, and creating new programs to accurately present critical data
Analyze data/report trends/behavior provided by various teams within the organization; Interpret data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for department/business leaders
Prepare business presentations for the business leaders by gathering data and modeling strategies to provide an overview of processes, procedures, performance targets/metrics
Design and develop reporting tools that can be deployed across the different value streams/departments / focused factories; Closely working with Business Systems Analysts in developing databases and systems in developing databases and systems for managing and securing business data.
Works across the different value streams / focused factories, conferring with Leaders in Operations, Repairs, Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehousing to have a deeper understanding of the current shortcomings to assist in assessing solutions
Requirements & Skills:
5+ years experience in a related role
Excellent data management and analytic skills
General understanding of Aerospace and manufacturing processes
Must have strong communication skills and be process-oriented and results-driven
Experience in analytics, in an operations or supply chain role
Distribution and/or Operations experience
Project management or process improvement methodology experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is required.
