Requirements & Skills:
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Expertise in AI tools and techniques, including GenAI, LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Llama), and advanced features (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG).
Knowledge of data and AI standards (GDPR, Information Security, ethical AI).
Experience with leading tools i.e. AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Platform / Machine Learning, and Jupyter.
Skills in AI document processing (OCR, handwriting recognition, computer vision).
Development of AI-enhanced digital assistants (Microsoft Copilot).
Data architectures include data integration, management, reporting and analytics, simulation, and digital twins.
AI-assisted software development and testing using tools such as GitHub Copilot or AWS CodeWhisperer.
Cloud-native delivery engineering such as Containers / Kubernetes, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
