Senior Data Analyst, Akkodis

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement initiatives that improve claiming practices and compliance.
• Utilize and adapt analytics platforms to support ongoing initiatives, including technology upgrades related to fraud prevention programs.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical and analytical techniques to uncover actionable insights and support initiative implementation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of business goals, performance indicators, and data governance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in collaboration with team members, ensuring compliance with data standards.
• Prepare high-quality written reports and materials for various stakeholders, including executives and committees.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members in their professional development.

Requirements & Skills:

• High competency in programming languages, including SAS (Base, EG) and/or SQL, with preferred skills in Python, R, and SAS Viya.
• Experience in developing and optimizing analytical code with an understanding of cloud cost implications.
• Proficiency in Excel and other required systems.
• Experience with industrialized cloud Data Lake or EDW environments, including data model interpretation.
• Strong skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
