Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and training customers on our software, including developing customized training programs to service specific client needs.
- Schedule regular client meetings to ensure customers’ training needs are being met, including offering customized training programs.
- Provide support to customers by responding to research queries.
- Communicate with internal departments including sales, product development, and commercial to provide customer feedback.
- Develop long-term strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates.
Requirements & Skills:
- You have a law degree and ideally worked in practice.
- Ideally, you have worked in legal technology.
- You have experience with training and interacting with customers.
- You are interested in learning about new technology and software.
- You are personable, have a positive attitude, enjoy problem-solving, and help customers.
- You enjoy working on cross-functional teams and contributing to projects.
