Manage and lead a team of AI Engineers, AI Quality Assurance, and AI Operational engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve project objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define the AI strategy for Paychex, aligning it with the company’s business goals and customer needs.
Oversee the end-to-end AI project lifecycle, from ideation and planning to development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Work closely with the team to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to address HR and payroll challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, data analysts, and HR experts, to define project requirements and drive successful AI initiatives.
Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and industry trends, providing technical expertise and insights to guide project decisions.
Implement monitoring systems to track the performance of deployed AI models, ensuring their reliability and accuracy in production environments.
Ensure that all AI solutions adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards in the HR and payroll industry.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field – Required
5 years of experience in Leading Engineering teams.
1 year of experience in Leading an AI Engineer team.
