Maintain a strong, user-centric approach to feature development

Requirements & Skills:
Experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI/LLM services at scale
A track record of successfully building products end-to-end, from ideation to production
Strong proficiency in a range of NLP/ML techniques, esp. prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs in Python with common libraries and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, PyTorch, SageMaker)
Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models on the cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Interest in partnering with linguist experts to define data requirements for your models
Proficiency in working with version control systems like Git and containerization technologies such as Docker
High comfort in making trade-offs in model design/complexity based on what solution the product needs
A natural curiosity about the technologies you use and take initiative to dive in, ask questions, and figure things out
A point of view but are low ego
Experience working at a fast-paced, start-up experience a plus
