Lead the implementation of Generative AI products, driving the successful launch of the first version to market and ensuring its alignment with the company’s goals and vision.
Train, fine-tune, and deploy LLM solutions on our expansive proprietary data.
Develop and implement RAG-based chatbots, utilizing advanced techniques like query rewriting, efficient retrieval, and re-ranking.
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve business processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy AI solutions and monitor outcomes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering their professional growth and enhancing overall team performance
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of Industry experience with a strong focus on Information Retrieval, Large Language Models, NLP & NLU, and Graph Neural Networks.
Hands-on experience with both traditional keyword-based search technologies as well as modern search paradigms utilizing vector-based retrieval algorithms and search systems such as Elasticsearch or Solr.
In-depth knowledge and experience with machine learning systems in production, particularly in the NLP/LLM field. Used LLM beyond hobbies. Had experiences in model fine-tuning and/or reward learning.
Excellent programming skills with two or more of the following languages – Python, Java, TypeScript/Node & React.
Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform – GCP or Azure preferred.
Self-driven and highly motivated to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail.
