Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-effective GCP-based solutions aligned with the business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive technical designs for GCP-based solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead the planning and execution of cloud migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition from on-premises or other cloud environments to GCP.
  • Designing cloud-native application architectures or optimizing existing applications
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and presenting GCP solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud migration strategies and solution architectures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring they effectively leverage GCP services and best practices

Requirements & Skills:

  • Technical Skills
  • Deep understanding of GCP services, architecture, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Serverless computing (Cloud Functions, App Engine), and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with data storage, processing, and analytics tools on GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Datastore).
  • Hands-on GCP experience with at least one implementation (preferably in an enterprise-scale environment) with one programming language.
  • Soft Skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and technologies in the fast-paced cloud environment.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
