Responsibilities:

Requirements & Skills:
- Leadership experience: 7+ years of industry ML experience and 2+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing ML teams.
- Technical expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Strong communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical goals and roadmaps.
- Problem-solving skills: A knack for identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
