Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and manage technical solutions and offerings for our clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their AI data needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Work with the technology and product teams to identify requirements to enhance our platform further to support customer needs.
- Identify and liaise with potential technology partners that could be complementary to our offering.
- Triage and resolve any technical obstacles during project delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data science and incorporate them into our service offerings.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect for AI solutions, with a focus on building and deploying data models.
- Proven track record of successfully managing data projects from conception to completion, preferably in a language services or localization industry.
- Strong understanding of language and cultural considerations in data handling, with experience working on multilingual data projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized data solutions that meet their objectives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Knowledge of localization best practices and technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
