Lead the Camera and Innovation Research team to develop and advance AI solutions for next-generation camera imaging and photo editing.

Requirements & Skills:
Ph.D. in a technical or health area (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Color Science, or other related areas).
15+ years of leadership experience in leading research and development in camera solutions and computational imaging.
A track record of developing innovative products with demonstrated success.
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in AI, ML, and Gen AI/ML.
Ability to drive cutting-edge, product-oriented research and development in a hands-on manner.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner, and comfortable working with multi-disciplinary teams and matrixed organizational structures.
A record of research excellence and productivity (products, patents, publications).
Direct experience in working with camera ISPs and related imaging hardware.
