Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in OpenAI and other LLMs, including China Local AI.
  • Conduct research and experiments to identify new capabilities and potential applications for our organization.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and impact of integrating these technologies into our existing systems.
  • Work closely with our Global COE and Engineering Team to design and develop innovative solutions that leverage AI technologies.
  • Collaborate on solution architecture, technical design, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into our products and services.
  • Identify areas of improvement in our existing AI solutions and propose enhancements.
  • Provide operational support for the ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of AI systems.
  • Solve issues, analyze performance metrics, and implement fixes to ensure smooth operation.
  • Create detailed documentation of AI solutions, including technical specifications, system configurations, and solving guides.
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance, usage, and impact of AI solutions.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to partners.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Solid understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing techniques.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI and other LLMs, including China Local AI, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with data processing, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and devise innovative AI solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to address improvement and operational support tasks effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and social skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Global COE and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies.
  • Proactive in seeking new learning opportunities and acquiring new skills.
