Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least ten years of work experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role managing teams and technology projects.
Prior management consultancy experience, especially within the telecom, technology, or related sector, is highly desirable.
Executive presence with clear, confident communication skills capable of engaging and persuading high-level audiences.
Quick at grasping technical concepts, with a high degree of technical acumen.
Exceptional analytical and synthesis abilities, ranking in the top 5% among peers, with proven capabilities in creating clear, structured, and impactful written and visual content for executive audiences.
Advanced proficiency in using major collaboration tools for day-to-day operations and content development, including Miro, Confluence, Slack, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Agile and lean mindset in project management and operation.
Excellent facilitation skills with a proven record of developing and delivering effective workshops.
