Collaborate with the chief architect, technical project manager, and main stakeholders to implement an AI-driven content management system using Retool and Windmill.
Develop and maintain workflows that leverage AI technologies to enhance diverse types of content generation ensuring high quality and relevance.
Build and maintain API integrations with various third-party services to facilitate seamless data exchange and enhance functionality.
Research and implement new techniques for enriching AI-generated content, focusing on improving context and user engagement.
Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in planning sessions, backlog refinement, and decomposition and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements & Skills:
6+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Python (Go is a plus)
Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience in implementing AI solutions.
Proficiency in developing applications using frameworks like Flask or Django.
Experience with Retool, Windmill, or similar tools for rapid application development is a plus.
Familiar with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
