Maintain the architectural road map for the tools within the scope based on needs arising from projects and changes
Define the technical IT solution and ensure alignment with other modules and surrounding IT applications through cooperation and collaboration across IT Solution Architects, IT Domain Architects, and Functional Analysts
Collaborate with Business Analyst, Application Manager, and the Team for complexity analysis and effort estimation of incoming business demand
Determine non-functional requirements and ensure service/solution operation standards are considered accordingly
Engage in requirements engineering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, and for which functionalities enhancements are needed
Communicate the technical specifications to the developers
Formulate rules, principles, and guidelines to guide the development of technical solutions
Support the Run organization in incident and problem resolution when technical expertise is required
Support validation, prioritization, and estimation of incoming change requests in collaboration with the relevant IT Service Manager and Application Manager
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT Solution architecture
3+ years of experience in AI Solution Architecture
Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in a geographically dispersed team
