Manages the end-to-end delivery of cyber operational services to ensure that the needs of customers and users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achieved
Responsible for deriving, monitoring, and reporting on service performance
Manage service performance reviews to ensure effective delivery of relevant services, providing clear guidance and direction for improvement based on business knowledge and experience
Provide internal and external Service Reports as required, including but not limited to Monthly SOFT Reports, Monthly executive summaries, and KPI performance reports
Consolidates expertise from multiple sources, including third-party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organizational objectives
Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organization
Requirements & Skills:
Experience of operating in or working with a Security Operations Centre
Knowledge of managing service risks and issues
Continual Service Improvement and supporting methodologies such as Lean
Knowledge of working within a SIAM operating model would be beneficial
