Effectively communicate product benefits for complex applications
Assist the sales team in providing product recommendations for customer applications
Prepare operating instructions and conduct training programs to meet customer needs
Ability to teach training classes at the highest level
Mentoring less experienced application engineers
Prepare detailed technical specifications for quotes
Develop programs/applications that effectively meet customer specifications/objectives
Provide technical support to customers
Ensure that programs/applications function correctly after maintenance and testing
Analyze and edit existing programs/applications as needed to optimize performance
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate engineer in mechanics, electronics, automation, and/or similar (FPII technical)
Good communication skills in English (B1)
You are comfortable speaking in front of small groups and have strong customer service skills.
MS Office Mastery
Ability to travel (60%)
Driving license B
Experience in PC-DMIS
Experience with dimensional metrology software
Knowledge of CAD and CAM
Knowledge of C# and Siemens PLC. Knowledge of Visual Basic will be valued.
