Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture and strategy with a focus on Generative AI, ensuring the innovative use of AI and GenAI within enterprise systems.
  • Overseeing the architectural landscape of AI and GenAI solutions, ensuring robustness, scalability, and integration with existing systems.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance in your areas of focus (i.e., AI architecture, including machine learning, data science, and cloud technology).
  • Leading and facilitating the creation and evolution of architecture principles and standards to support decision-making, guiding development teams in creating secure, efficient, and adaptable AI solutions.
  • Recommending appropriate technologies and tools that serve specific use cases, while considering the existing tech stack and future scalability.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams, including IT, PMO, compliance, product management, and business units, to ensure a cohesive approach to AI implementation.
  • Developing architecture roadmaps to provide guidance on project direction.
  • Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and GenAI technologies, evaluating their potential for enterprise application.
  • Coaching and collaborating with peers, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance on work performance.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to engagements and team members for your field of expertise.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture and Strategy, including experience in Architecture Governance, Application Portfolio Management, Application Rationalization, and Architecture Transformation.
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Experience in designing and delivering enterprise business transformation initiatives aligning client needs to target architecture and roadmap.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities and tasks; including leading and participating in multiple concurrent projects and utilizing problem-solving skills.
  • Drive to continue to advance your skills, knowledge, and network related to your field.
  • Ability to help others think critically and share complex technical solutions with non-technical audiences both in presentation and in writing.
  • Ability to identify and address client needs through critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
