Responsibilities:
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues related to our SaaS product
- Conducting troubleshooting sessions with customers
- Applying hotfixes to production
- Maintaining and following the Ops workbook
Requirements & Skills:
- Education in an IT-related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., application/tech support, Layer 2 or 3)
- Understanding of AWS core services, cloud networking, and security best practices
- Experience in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to support automation processes
- Familiarity with deployment tools (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes)
- A strong customer orientation
