Responsibilities:

  • You will design solutions that address the organisation’s challenges using data manipulation and techniques in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Your role involves driving the end-to-end Machine Learning Operations pipeline, ensuring that solutions are validated and tested using best practices of test-driven development, and deployed with model monitoring and continuous re-training/integration to benefit users and make a significant impact.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, you will frame and scope business problems and build data analytics capabilities across various domains, including clinical services, finance, and operations.
  • Additionally, you will conduct feasibility studies, lead translational research projects as required, and facilitate regular key management meetings and reporting.

Requirements & Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related fields. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in machine learning and data analytics
  • Experience in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in ensuring data products development and utilisation
  • Experience in delivering Generative AI solutions, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
  • Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as GPT-3, DALL-E, or similar
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
  • Good knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements
  • Team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Independent worker with the initiative to complete tasks and projects
