You ensure that the team is able to develop complex digital and analogue electronic circuits, embedded processor boards, input/output interfaces of all kinds, power supplies, power and motor driver circuits, A/D converters
You are responsible for compliance with public and company standards and regulations, and ensuring that your team delivers the required quality by agreed deadlines
You coordinate with project management, specialist departments involved, as well as suppliers, institutes, offshore design centres, and test laboratories
You are responsible for the development processes and quality in your department, and drive continuous improvement by using the Veralto Enterprise System (VES)
Requirements & Skills:
Completed Master’s degree in electrical engineering and 10 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in leading, engaging, and developing employees
Experience in developing industrial measurement devices and knowledge of designing high-precision analogue measurement systems an advantages
Experience in circuit design and PCB layout modelling
Fluent German (at least C1) and English language skills are expected
