Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot software integration across software systems – WMS, WCS, WES.
Configure and develop, and execute tests for unit-level and end-to-end integration for messaging performance, data accuracy, workflow testing, and throughput evaluation.
Coordinate with control software integrators, technicians, and other vendor teams for end-to-end system testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
Help develop system documentation for user training and workflow SOPs.
Requirements & Skills:
4 -7 years of experience along with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field
Excellent hands-on System integration experience between machines and Software
Hands-on end-to-end System integration Testing experience.
Mandatory Onsite Experience with Warehouse or Industrial automation.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience
IoT experience with large-scale industrial automation setups.
Experience in supply chain, distribution, warehouse management systems, and warehouse control systems technologies.
AutoStore experience is highly desired.
Professional experience in Material Handling Systems and/or Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)
Advanced knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards, including TCP/IP, FTP, and SOA
Advanced knowledge of database design and file management techniques
Advanced knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Linux, Microsoft Windows
Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
