Oversee the technology stack and ensure it meets current standards, including quality, process ownership, and platform security.
Manage and mentor a team of 3 software engineers in Barcelona, guiding them in their career development and growth, ensuring they have clear paths for progression and skill enhancement.
Ensure delivery processes are continuously improved, dependencies with other teams and stakeholders are streamlined, and CI/CD pipelines executed on GitHub Actions are as fast as possible.
Collaborate actively with other technical stakeholders, such as the architecture team and other development teams.

Requirements & Skills:
Solid years of experience (or equivalent knowledge) in digital and a key role in Software Engineering in the Cloud (preferably AWS)
Proven experience leading and collaborating within a cross-functional team (software, product, designer, agile…)
Experience managing engineering teams and developing team members professionally
Strong technical expertise in CI/CD pipeline management, and cloud-native operations.
At ease with web ecosystems and the challenges of managing hundreds of sites.
A data-driven and problem-solving mindset to solve complex challenges
Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK, or similar
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript / Node.js
Proficiency in React or a similar framework
Java would be a great plus
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
