Build the algorithms that power our various products
Develop production-grade solutions to challenging product-driven NLP tasks by combining language models, RL, and classical ML/NLP.
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to define success criteria and translate them into quantitative measures and objectives
Devise innovative strategies for collecting training and evaluation data
Train and evaluate models in realistic production scenarios
End-to-end ownership of the algorithmic components of our products, from design, through implementation, and monitoring in production
Requirements & Skills:
Independence and resourcefulness, the ability to come up with innovative solutions and evaluate them quickly
2+ years of hands-on industry experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning (utilizing standard frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc)
Experience writing production-grade code
M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent research experience
Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals
Proficient in Python development
Proficient in data exploration, manipulation, and visualization
