Build a strong team to ensure high-performance and growth: hiring, coaching and mentoring, leading engineers
Partner with Technical Producers to build and execute the tech product roadmap
Ensure engineering excellence: analyze the tech, tools, solution design, and production/ops practices efficiency and quality, and lead the initiatives to improve them

10+ years hands-on experience in engineering (mobile, web, or desktop) with 5+ years in Senior management roles
Proven experience managing a team of engineers (10-30 people): creating a culture of independent and self-organized teams
Experience in change management and building/improving efficient production, delivery, and ops processes on a departmental level
Strong technical expertise and previous hands-on experience as a software engineer, preferably in large mobile or desktop products (iOS/Android native, C++/C#/Java/Scala). Nice to have: experience with complex in-house or Unity/Unreal game engine.
Experience working with high-load products with a distributed architecture

Experience producing tools for mobile/desktop product development
