Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI tools to create compelling video content for marketing campaigns, property listings, and social media.
- Design and generate high-quality images and graphics using AI software to enhance our visual content.
- Develop engaging copy for blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content strategies.
- Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and tools to continuously innovate our content creation process.
Requirements & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms for content creation (e.g., DALL-E, GPT-4, Canva).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Capcut) and graphic design tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the real estate industry and content creation.
- Previous experience in content creation or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media management and content performance analytics.
