Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain AI models and automation workflows to ensure optimal performance.
Research and Innovation: Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI and automation trends and technologies.
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, automation workflows, and related processes.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to team members and clients on automation and AI tools and best practices.
IP Development: Design, develop, and implement proprietary automation solutions and AI models using Microsoft tools and technologies.
Bid and Presales: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during bid and presales activities. Prepare and present proposals, demos, and technical solutions to potential clients.
Customer Consulting: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide consulting services to develop customized automation and AI solutions.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in automation and AI development.
Proficiency in using Microsoft tools and technologies such as Azure AI, Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Knowledge of data science and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, particularly within the Azure ecosystem.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with other Microsoft tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Certification in Microsoft AI or related fields.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and or computer vision.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Experience in presales and or customer consulting roles.
