Responsibilities:

  • Coaches teams to apply value tracking/measurement methodologies required for Monthly Operating Committee and Quarterly Value Tracking ceremonies (e.g., OKRs from each Product / Platform team, risks/dependencies).
  • Works closely with the change management lead to translate key results into organizational change for value realization.
  • Sets enterprise-wide standards and processes for value tracking and measurement.
  • Ensures alignment between Al initiatives and broader organizational objectives, facilitating a unified and purposeful deployment of capabilities.
  • Synthesizes inputs required for CoE operating cadences.
  • Leads implementation of AI strategy and initiatives with a plan of action, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable value proposition.

AI Impact and Insights Implementation:

  • Helps implement Boehringer’s AI strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives. This includes identifying opportunities for insight generation and ensuring that identified opportunities have clear value outcomes.
  • Translates the strategy into an actionable plan for measurement.

Research & Insights:

  • Partners with analytics and insights teams to leverage both quantitative & qualitative research methods to derive valuable insights from AI implementations.
  • Uses Data-driven approaches to inform decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Motivates, fosters buy-in, support, and enthusiasm for AI initiatives and the value.
  • Drives collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree required; Master’s or higher degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Analytics & Insights, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in cross-functional / matrix leadership.
  • Financial Acumen and the ability to calculate ROI and derive value generated through AI-driven solutions.
  • Establishes a consistent, repeatable business planning process for tracking the performance of strategy execution progress.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo as needed, effectively with senior management.
  • Manage complex projects with effective prioritization and time management.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and urgency.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment with resilience.
  • Seven-plus (7+) years of experience in strategy or program/project management in a pharma institution/consulting firm.
  • Extensive experience aligning strategy with overarching business objectives, ensuring a synergistic approach to organizational growth.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
