Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather goals and objectives, identify gaps and develop differentiated solutions that solve mission needs
Support enterprise-wide growth strategies and initiatives aimed at differentiation of services and delivery, increased competitiveness, and industry thought leadership
Establish and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners to understand mission needs and articulate capabilities
Research and understand technology trends, particularly in the areas of agile software development, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data analytics, and cloud technologies
Support development of functional AI/ML prototype software
Develop technical content for proposals, white papers, and related materials in support of government solicitations and conferences
Perform product and capability demonstrations for customers and industry partners as needed
Attend technical conferences and symposiums pertinent to the trade space
Provide technical inputs and mission perspective to inform corporate strategy and investments
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Ability to innovate and provide thought leadership in AI/ML systems and architectures
Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in support of DoD and/or IC customers
Possess strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills
Ability to represent the company favorably, to develop new clients, and to negotiate with key members of other firms
US Person with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Experience with solutions and proposal development for government solicitations in one or more of the following technical areas: enterprise software systems, artificial intelligence/machine learning, remote sensing, cloud architectures, and systems integration
Experience with machine learning and data science tools (Jupyter, TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn, pandas, SageMaker, Apache Spark, large language models)
Experience with reinforcement learning, generative AI, and/or AI planning
Experience working with technologies such as digital engineering, agile development, DevSecOps, containers, cloud migration, cloud-native technologies, and cybersecurity
Experience with reasoning under uncertainty (Bayesian Networks, Dynamic Bayesian Networks, Decision Networks, Subjective Logic, Fuzzy Logic)
Experience with AI-based automated planning and plan recognition technology including planning domain definition language (PDDL) complaint planners
