Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather goals and objectives, identify gaps and develop differentiated solutions that solve mission needs
  • Support enterprise-wide growth strategies and initiatives aimed at differentiation of services and delivery, increased competitiveness, and industry thought leadership
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners to understand mission needs and articulate capabilities
  • Research and understand technology trends, particularly in the areas of agile software development, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data analytics, and cloud technologies
  • Support development of functional AI/ML prototype software
  • Develop technical content for proposals, white papers, and related materials in support of government solicitations and conferences
  • Perform product and capability demonstrations for customers and industry partners as needed
  • Attend technical conferences and symposiums pertinent to the trade space
  • Provide technical inputs and mission perspective to inform corporate strategy and investments

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to innovate and provide thought leadership in AI/ML systems and architectures
  • Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in support of DoD and/or IC customers
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to represent the company favorably, to develop new clients, and to negotiate with key members of other firms
  • US Person with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
  • Experience with solutions and proposal development for government solicitations in one or more of the following technical areas: enterprise software systems, artificial intelligence/machine learning, remote sensing, cloud architectures, and systems integration
  • Experience with machine learning and data science tools (Jupyter, TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn, pandas, SageMaker, Apache Spark, large language models)
  • Experience with reinforcement learning, generative AI, and/or AI planning
  • Experience working with technologies such as digital engineering, agile development, DevSecOps, containers, cloud migration, cloud-native technologies, and cybersecurity
  • Experience with reasoning under uncertainty (Bayesian Networks, Dynamic Bayesian Networks, Decision Networks, Subjective Logic, Fuzzy Logic)
  • Experience with AI-based automated planning and plan recognition technology including planning domain definition language (PDDL) complaint planners
