Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading and managing AI teams, with a proven track record of successfully developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, natural language processing (NLP), and Generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry as they pertain to AI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
