Develop compelling business cases for AI tool adoption, collaborating with process owners and presenting to senior management
Secure approvals and funding for implementing selected AI tools through persuasive presentations
Manage end-to-end implementation of approved AI tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
Facilitate successful deployment, training, and user adoption of new AI solutions
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the impact and ROI of implemented AI tools
Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to optimize AI tool usage across the organization
Champion AI awareness and capability building, serving as Puffy’s AI evangelist
Develop and deliver engaging AI training sessions and communication materials for employees
Lead Claude AI project implementations, identifying use cases and designing tailored solutions for various departments
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine AI projects to ensure maximum value realization and alignment with business goals
Requirements & Skills:
5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning technologies, with a proven track record of applying these to drive business value.
Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives on time and within budget.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau) to effectively communicate the impact of AI initiatives.
Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, with the ability to identify AI-driven opportunities for optimization.
Demonstrated ability to stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies and their potential applications in e-commerce and customer experience.
Proven ability to conduct workshops, and build and nurture relationships with AI vendors, startups, and research institutions to foster innovation and partnerships.
