Participate in the definition of business requirements for Cargo Artificial Intelligence initiatives, including quantitative analysis (value impact evaluation) to support strategic recommendations
Play a key role in establishing the scope of the AI initiatives by conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting their needs, and pain points, and synthesizing the results
Provide the link between business needs and advanced analytics capabilities
Support Business Intelligence and Cargo activities to create the link between AI and BI
Translate business inputs into a plan for the analytics team, guiding model validation and data interpretation.
Responsible for the creation and monitoring of value measurement tracking, including visual reports
Participate in testing of new Cargo AI applications, including monitoring bugs and coordinating with the quality assurance team on improvements
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical specialists; share insights with business stakeholders and collect inputs to verify and iterate analytics results
Develop dashboards and visualizations for presenting results
Work with the UI and UX teams to ensure that the business solution optimizes customer experience
Requirements & Skills:
University degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Translator role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive on-time project execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong desire to work in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated organizational skills and initiative.
Knowledge of the air cargo industry is an asset.
Experience in computer science or coding (any language) is a plus.
