Analyze the current AI roadmap and use case prioritization matrices,
Provide critical perspective and recommendations to strengthen the strategic impact of initiatives,
Identify optimization opportunities or new use cases aligned with business objectives.
Implementation of the Data and Infrastructure Strategy :
Collaborate with internal teams to establish the foundations of a solid and scalable Data infrastructure for our AI POCs,
Supervise the implementation of data pipelines, processing tools, and architectures necessary for AI projects,
Provide expertise to evaluate external solutions and internal capabilities,
Ensure the integration of the tools and technological platforms selected as part of the AI strategy.
Governance and management of pilot projects (PoC) :
Supervise Proofs of Concept to experiment and validate technological and organizational choices of AI governance,
Ensure coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners,
Evaluate the results of PoCs and provide recommendations for scaling up (industrialization).
Operational support and team coaching :
Transfer skills to internal teams to ensure progressive autonomy in the management of AI projects,
Provide technical support on the design, training, and deployment of AI models in production.
Technological monitoring and innovation:
Ensure active monitoring of emerging technologies and best practices in the field of AI and Data Science.
Requirements & Skills:
With an engineering background or equivalent Bac+5 in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, you have at least 5 years in the development and deployment of AI and Machine Learning projects.
You master Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms and are an expert in Python and R, as well as MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, Docker, Kubernetes). You also have knowledge of Big Data frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Flink), and experience with CI/CD and versioning tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab), as well as in setting up AI environments on infrastructures.
You know how to work in a team and are used to managing high-value-added projects.
A command of operational English is a plus for this position.
