Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end-customers AI teams to understand business and technical needs, leveraging the AWS Cloud platform and AI/ML services.
- Undertake consultancy assignments, analyzing requirements, gathering data, and proposing solutions.
- Manage assessment, design, and implementation phases with a focus on quality and risk mitigation.
- Document assignments and ensure a smooth handover to support teams.
- Provide technical support internally and externally, including leading customer workshops.
- Design and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures on AWS.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Lead or contribute to scoping calls and workshops, preparing Statement of Works.
- Educate partners and customers on AWS value propositions and participate in architectural discussions.
- Identify additional service and sales opportunities within Ingram Micro.
- Evangelize AWS Services through blogs, whitepapers, and public-speaking engagements.
- Support regional AWS service development and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Ingram Micro thought leaders to drive growth opportunities and qualify designs.
- Develop proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase AI solution capabilities.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience in a technical consulting and business analyst-type role.
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written (English)
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty certification.
- Significant hands-on experience with Python, R, or other programming languages and independently building prototype applications.
- Experience with deep learning and neural networks.
- Able to technically manage other people on large-scale projects
- Applies knowledge and skills through handling complex problems beyond own area of expertise
- Ability and willingness to travel
