Responsibilities:
- Being involved in every stage of the development lifecycle, from conception to coding, automated testing, and deployment.
- Supporting existing projects by enhancing the codebase and suggesting improvements to increase testability and efficiency.
- Defining improvement metrics and leading their successful implementation.
- Contributing to the team’s internal ML development community by enriching standard guidelines and fostering knowledge sharing.
- Applying critical thinking to challenge and influence architectural decisions to ensure scalability and reliability.
Requirements & Skills:
- You’re a seasoned backend developer with experience in Python.
- You are well versed in producing reusable code & building robust and scalable systems, with a complex infrastructure and/or with a large user base.
- You possess a DevOps mindset, emphasizing collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement in all aspects of development and deployment.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and prior involvement in model development.
