Set data governance and data processing: Transform raw data into structured information as a “ready-to-use” data product. Optimize data governance (both policies and processes) in line with NN global data guidance.
Lead data processing (data collection, data input, interpretation, etc).
Act as a bridge with NN global (International Organization (IO)/APAC) to reflect newly guided data governance and processing.
Conduct commercial data analytics to maximize business impact: Understand business needs, define business requirements and define relevant dataset for commercial data analytics in line with key business problems.
Utilize advanced analytics tools or methods to generate data insights in an agile manner.
Provide relevant business insights to local/global stakeholders from data analysis and potentially propose action items.
Support Sr. BI Data Analyst in conducting ad-hoc data analytics and driving local/global commercial data analytics projects
Support Commercial Excellence(CE)/BI manager in executing BI strategic initiatives to elevate a data-driven mindset: Assist in data insight report publication to improve the organizational data-driven mindset.
Support BI initiatives toward local NN stakeholders in line with the Future Frontline Customer Engagement Framework.
Identify and propose new business insight opportunities in accordance with brand strategy and closely work with cross-functional stakeholders to support their data-driven decision making.
Requirements & Skills:
A bachelor’s degree related to statistics, engineering, computer science, or mathematics is preferred.
English proficiency, both written and spoken required.
At least 5 years of overall work experience (with at least 3 years in data analytics). Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) is a plus.
Experience in cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or Salesforce) is a plus.
