IT operations: Collaboration with and within IT operations, especially for the operation of the network, virtual servers, and containers
Cloud administration: configuration, administration, and capacity management for our own cloud software (SaaS platform).
Use of technology: Use of current technologies and tools for the continuous development and automation of the operating platform.
Platform Security: Hardening and securing the platform against security threats.
On-call service: Participation in our on-call team to ensure 24/7 operation.
Responsibility: Support in the development, delivery, and operation of the infrastructure of cloud services.
Cloud Operations: Maintaining cloud service operations and security.
Performance optimization: Continuous optimization of system performance and resource management.
Error analysis: Carrying out error analyses and correcting faults in the infrastructure.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: Completed studies in computer science, information technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience: Several years of experience in the Linux and network environment, especially in the operation of cloud environments.
Technology knowledge: Solid knowledge of modern technologies and tools (Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Linux, networks, firewalls, knowledge of Kubernetes is an advantage)
Security understandingExperience in implementing security measures in cloud environments.
Agile Methods: Experience working with agile methods and in cross-functional teams.
Troubleshooting: Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues in complex IT infrastructures.
Communication skills: Good communication skills and team spirit.
Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
On-call duty: Willingness to participate in on-call duty to ensure operations.
