Responsibilities:
Working with leads to troubleshoot infrastructure issues in parallel with 2nd and 3rd-tier support.
Participate in the on-call schedule rotation for critical incidents (24/7 for one week every 6 weeks)
Ability to learn new technologies and develop skillsets to allow you to support them
Working knowledge in Azure Monitoring (Log Analytics, App Insights, Alerting)
Working knowledge in Azure Automation and PowerShell
Working knowledge in Azure DevOps
Experience and ability to support Azure Cloud infrastructure
Work in a team environment
Requirements & Skills:
1-2 years of experience in a technical infrastructure support role
Able to work on-call
1-2 years of experience with a ticketing system (such as Service Now)
1-2 years of experience with cloud administration or general system administration
Must have eligibility for Reliability Clearance (residing in Canada for at least 5 years)
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.
