As a Cybersecurity Lead, you will define and manage the security architecture for a diverse Cyber Operational Environment at the forefront of technological innovation, working with the latest advancements in cybersecurity and software development.
Your mission will be to design, develop, and implement solutions that ensure the security and efficiency of the Army’s digital infrastructure.
Requirements & Skills:
10+ years of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), and in cybersecurity with government programs
Experience interfacing successfully with internal and external customers, including ISSMs, SCAs, or Program Managers
Experience assessing security artifacts and POAM items, determining mitigation plans, and creating follow-on documentation for submission to the AO or ISSM
Experience developing and managing ATO packages, authorization actions concerning software development and testing, and the interpretation of patterns of non-compliance to determine their impact on levels of risk or overall effectiveness of the cybersecurity program
Knowledge of Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) No. 1253, Security Categorization and Control Selection for National Security Systems, NIST framework principles, and how these requirements translate to cybersecurity solutions, processes, configuration implementation, or application requirements
Knowledge of security technologies and devices such as network firewalls, web proxies, intrusion prevention systems and intrusion detection systems, vulnerability scanners, or penetration tools
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
DoD Manual 8570 IAT II or III Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CAP, Security+, or CeH Certifications
