You design and implement comprehensive Data and AI governance frameworks and data quality management processes to identify and resolve data issues;
You develop policies and procedures for managing data throughout its lifecycle and enforce policies and guidelines to ensure ethical use of Data and AI;
You promote ethical AI, implement mechanisms to monitor biases in AI models, and develop accountability measures for AI systems;
You identify risks related to Data and AI initiatives, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk mitigation activities;
You ensure that Data and AI-related policies are consistently applied across Fugro;
You foster a culture of responsible Data and AI usage within Fugro by providing training and support on data management and Data and AI governance tools.
Requirements & Skills:
You have a BSc or MSc degree in Data Science Information Technology or Business Administration Law with at least 8 years of experience in a related field;
As a plus, you are certified in CIPP, CIPM, CDMP and DGSP;
You have good knowledge of data management and governance principles, AI ethics, governance frameworks, data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes;
You have effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple ways;
You have strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
You are client oriented and can initiate decisions and actions to build consensus;
You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral. Any additional European language skills are seen as a plus.
