Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows that feed the CDP from various sources.
Research and evaluate new data sources, technologies, and methodologies to improve the CDP’s capabilities and value.
Participate in blueprinting, scoping, prioritizing technical requirements and assisting customers in their digital transformation journey.
Manage bulk imports of data, list databases and tables, schedule jobs, manage connectors, manage users, and access control policies.
Build on-demand reports based on business needs.
Analysis of customer data to identify areas where we can connect with customers better.
Apply analytical and visualization tools, such as Power BI, to extract insight beyond the numbers.
Support business users’ training and solution access.
Support the management of the CNH Customer Database and be a subject matter expert on customer data.
Develop and maintain relevant dashboards and reports to guide impactful decisions to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to end users.
Working collaboratively with the Information Technology team and the Commercial team to capture requirements for system/dashboard improvements and work through bugs.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other closely related field with 2+ years in a business intelligence/data analysis role, market research
OR Associates or equivalent experience with 4+ years in a business intelligence/data analysis role
At least one year of experience working with SQL,
Experience with Python, R, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
