Responsibilities:
- Directly reports to Data Lead on business requirements and updates
- Supporting the business in its analytical needs across departments and verticals
- Monitoring KPIs of the business, identifying causes/trends, and driving data-based decision-making through insightful reports
- Collecting requirements for projects, reports, etc
- Creating storyboards/reports via BI tools/ automation for dashboards, reports
- Creating procedures regarding collecting, critically evaluating, and screening data
- Consult stakeholders on data methodologies and workings
- Extending knowledge of Data Analytics to provide ongoing refinement of processes to improve operations
Requirements & Skills:
- 4-6 years of working experience in data analytics/ science, statistics, or a quantitative field
- True number-cruncher and understanding of data, statistics, and mathematics
- Fundamental understanding of e-commerce/e-marketplace
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way
- Driven, proactive, and self-motivated to be able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with people from all backgrounds and departments
- Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies in this constantly evolving industry
- Excellent data visualisation and storytelling
- Solid understanding of SQL
- Python knowledge is a plus
- Strong comprehension of GCP and BI tools (Tableau, Datastudio)
- Knowledgeable in data science and statistical modelling skills
- Able to create, sustain/ maintain ETL pipelines/ APIs
