Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the infrastructure, servers, assets, and security of the data center, including the maintenance, upgrade, and management of the equipment;
Monitor the daily operation and maintenance of the data center. Ensure the reliable operation of the data center;
Follow up on the technical upgrades and maintenance of hardware and network equipment in the data center;
Resolve data center O & M issues and assist relevant teams in providing technical support;
Handle data center emergencies and provide the root cause analysis and postmortem report of the incidents;
Regularly evaluate the performance and security of the data center and propose optimization suggestions.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, automation, or mechanical engineering major, with relevant professional certificates;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
Familiar with the principles and configurations of computer networks and data center infrastructure;
Good problem-solving and in-depth analysis skills;
Have a good learning and self-improvement mindset, with great professional ethics.
Language proficient in Mandarin and English is a must.
