Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and implementation of a data governance programme, ensuring data compliance and security.
- Managing data quality through ongoing data cleansing, maintenance, and protection processes.
- Delivering buyer member spend data cross-referencing services.
- Ensuring data-driven insights inform business and marketing strategies across the Amotai team.
- Driving continuous improvement in data management to enhance trust and impact.
Requirements & Skills:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in data protection, analytics, or governance.
- Strong knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience developing and implementing data policies and compliance frameworks.
- An applied understanding of tikanga Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
