Participate in the design, development, and implementation of AI agents powered by LLM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and LLM technology.
Prototype and iterate on algorithms and models to optimize performance and accuracy.
Requirements & Skills:
Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a PhD or Master’s program in a quantitative discipline (e.g., biomedical engineering, computer science, statistics, computational biology, applied mathematics, or similar) with an anticipated graduation date on or before the end of 2025.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Experience with LLM models, including prompting, fine-tuning, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
Familiarity with software engineering principles and experience deploying algorithms in production environments.
Experience developing deep learning algorithms using TensorFlow or PyTorch, and knowledge of the latest architectures.
Prior track record of success working cross-functionally on teams and building strong relationships with internal peers.
Creative and methodical problem solving: understand needs, identify options, form hypotheses, make decisions, and learn faster through feedback.
