While most of the recent innovations have been around generating code, there is significant toil associated with landing that code as usable features to users. Managing the performance, security, cost, reliability, and efficiency involves infusing AI at every step of the software delivery toolchain. This is the outer loop that needs to be addressed with the explosion of generated code!
Your role will be to formulate an AI strategy at Harness
Guide a team of engineers while interfacing with various modules to PoC and implement AI capabilities that significantly improve and challenge the status quo
Requirements & Skills:
Loves solving problems
Is aware of the current generative AI landscape and is up to date with evolving technologies
Understands training methodologies, foundation models, AI libraries, open source technologies, etc, and can help with rapid prototyping/experimentation
Has led initiatives that map out AI tasks to tangible business outcomes
