Responsibilities:
Develop, and execute, the Data Strategy within the Data & Analytics Team and the Company
Manage teams within Data & Analytics to operate effectively and efficiently
Define, manage, and be responsible for all costs and budgets relating to the Data Teams
Be an ambassador of good data governance and proper data usage within the Group
Ensure that Data & Analytics is always improving and levelling up
Ensure that Data & Analytics deliver at a high quality to the rest of the company
Build strong relationships across the company
Act as a mentor to the leadership team within the Data Team
Drive recruitment and team development of D&A.
Keep up to date with the latest developments within D&A in, and outside, of the industry.
Be a role model for Push Gaming, driving a data-driven culture.
Requirements & Skills:
Strong (we think 8-12+ years) progressive experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management capacity
Proven track record of leading and managing data teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and analysts. Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing data strategies aligned with business goals
Problem-solving-oriented and has a curious mindset
Analytical and has a strong interest in driving change and continuous improvement
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering)
A Master’s or PhD in a related discipline is often preferred, as is experience in iGaming
